June with the Herrera's

Our interns have proved to be a big blessing. We were able to welcome Victory Church's youth group, Vital Connection. This team was here for 1 week they were able to impact the lives of people here in Costa Rica.



While they were here, we went o a town called Guapiles to hold an open air crusade with Pastor Angelo. While there we went to a river where 4 people were baptized. Rolando was one of them. Pastor Ron and Pastor Angelo both baptized him what a blessing and honor to be baptized by these awesome men.


While in Guaplies we were able to give Pastors Angelo and Digna an offering to help with their down payment on the land they are purchasing for the church. What a blessing.



We were also blessed to have a team of 14 from Life Christian Center. This team was led by their missions directors David and Dawn Fansler. This team did a ot of work on the feeding program, put up dry wall and were able to help rewire a house in La Carpio.


They also did a lot of work on the Mission. Painted walls inside and out, painted doors and bars for the windows. They also held a special feeding program in La Carpio. They gave the kids balloons, candy, face painting and lots of love. in the evening we hald a movie at the church. We encouraged the kids to bring their parents. It was a great trip.
