November with the Herrera's

Gabriel turned 7 months old this month and had never met his aunts, uncles, cousins or great-grandparents yet. We were so blessed to be able to go to the States for a visit. For the first time in 10 years Holly was able to spend Thanksgiving in the States. And for the first time as the Herrera family, we were able to spend Thanksgiving in the States with family. What an awesome time to be with family, we spent time with the boy's great-grandparents, their aunts and uncles, cousins, and great-aunts and great-uncles. During this time that we are celebrating Thanksgiving, it is awesome to be able to spend it with family and friends. It reminds you of how many things that there are to be thankful for. The boys (Rolando, Dylon and Gabriel) all were able to see snow and a lot of it. They were also able to play in it. Fun! Holly was just the picture taker. She's not too much into the snow.

During this month as we are reminded of all the things to be thankful for, we think of you. We want to thank all of our partners for their prayers and support. Together we are making a difference.

Also a special "gracias" (thank you) to Dan and Cindy and the Costa Rican Making Smiles team for all their hard work with the feeding program while we were in the States. You guys did a great job!
