YWAM helping us Making Smiles.

YWAM teamed up with us to feed the kids. We had a group of 12 young people from YWAM that came to Costa Rica from all over and hooked up with us to help make a difference in La Candela. They were met by dirty-faced kids running to meet them. As soon as they arrived they immediately got to work. The guys went to the soccer field to play ball. A group of girls went straight to kitchen duty, while others became playing with and loving on the kids. They came prepared with new songs, puppet skits, drama, testimonies and lots of love. There were over 100 kids there that were touched by the activity and the simple fact that they came to love them and tell them about the love of the Lord. Thanks again Jen and the entire team for coming to La Candela and helping us "Making Smiles".

Dylon is getting excited about all of the Christmas decorations. Everytime he sees some lights, decorations or a store with Christmas stuff, he says so so exciting it's almost Christmas ooh so exciting. So needless to say is is excited. He says he wants a blue bicycle and Spiderman gloves , we'll see.

As the Thanksgiving season gets closer, we want to challenge all of you to sit down a moment and think about what it is that you are truly thankful for. For some it may be... a mom with a clean bill of health, a new baby on the way, your needs met, or the simple fact that Jesus loves you and is always there for you when you need Him. Don't forget to thank Him for everything that He has done for you.
